Cancellation and reimbursement policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. This is why I am fully dedicated to offering exceptional customer service. You may cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, by emailing me. Products purchased online and shipped are final sales. For various reasons, I do not accept exchanges or returns. I cannot exchange or reimburse items damaged through either normal or abnormal use (e.g. broken, cracked or chipped).
